Official Punisher War Zone Trailer

To be honest, I thought the previous The Punisher movie is not that good. Not only because it had John Travolta in it, but to me Thomas Jane, while convincingly brutal, didn't have enough bulkiness to match the comic book version of Frank Castle. The 1994 Dolph Lundgren version looks more comic book like. But Lundgren is blonde and looked nowhere like an Italian. And he's fatally flawed by not wearing the skull insignia of his chest.

Now, seeing this trailer, I'd say that Ray Stevenson is not doing any better in this department. He looked nothing like Frank Castle. However, this movie looked like it packed more action and violence than the watered-down previous movie. And you know that action and violence means awesomeness. And awesome is good. And to make it even better, this movie doesn't have John Travolta. So let's see..
